The Fusion Card Challenge - 'Kitty Butterfly'

Happy Thursday..... and welcome to the newest Fusion Card Challenge, 'Kitty Butterfly'The inspiration photo is quite wonderful (and LOVE our two kitties!!) - but that sketch is pretty great too. So, which will you choose as your inspiration?

My project, taking inspiration from both the photo and the sketch, focuses on the adorable feline and petite butterfly. For some reason or another, I was seeing a Canyon Clay/Cobalt color combo.....something I wouldn't normally put together. But, it's good to stretch a bit and try new things. Not quite sure how well this 'stretch' works though!! Anyway.... a smattering of patterned papers, some texture from my favorite polka dots, a trio of little butterflies finish and a coordinating lined envelope finish off this clean and simple 'thank you'.

The DT has created lots of lovelies, so be sure to hop on over and join the party! When playing along you may use the sketch OR the photo as you jumping off point. OR, if you are feeling super duper clever, you can fuse 'em together.

stamps: Kit 'N Caboodle, Wee Follk (PTI)
paper: Stampers Select White, Canyon Clay, Bitty Big: Canyon Clay (PTI), Cobalt (The Stamp Market)
ink: Canyon Clay (PTI), Apricot (HA), Cobalt (TSM), Onyx Black (Versafine)
dies: Kit 'N Caboodle, Wee Folk
other: polka dot embossing folder, dimensional tape

We hope that you'll join in at the Fusion Card Challenge and will enjoy all of the loveliness from the DT and the always amazing gallery!
