Celebrating the Past, Present and Future: 2008

The Vault - Floral Frenzy Stamp Set
A happy hello and welcome to the second day of Papertrey Ink's 10th Anniversary celebration (and my very first official PTI post!!) where we are highlighting stamps from the year 2008! I have chosen the lovely Floral Frenzy - a beautiful set which includes both solid and outlined daisy-like images. Endless possibilities and classic designs!
I've opted to utilize the lovely polka dots from Floral Frenzy in a rainbow of Papertrey Ink colors with lots of white space, a pretty scalloped frame and one shiny little enamel heart.  Just loving all of the happy colors!

Stamps: Floral Frenzy
Dies: Make It Market: Shakers & Sprinkles, Tag Sale #10

Oh, and here's an additional card from waaaaay back in the day! An authentic circa 2008 creation.

Now that I have showcased how this product from the past has remained a classic, it's your turn to share your ideas for the future! Stop by Nichole's blog to share a new project you make with this product, or just share a creation that is somehow inspired by what I made today (or in 2008!). Be sure to get crafting and enter today so you can be eligible for a fantastic prize!
You can also hop around to the other DT girls participating in today's blog hop to see what set they selected from the 2008 line up!

P.S. - Many thanks for taking a peek AND for all of your kind words of encouragement and congratulations. They are SO appreciated! I am beyond excited to be joining the amazingly talented and inspirational women that make up the Papertrey Design Team!

Love the graphic style! I have two questions: how in the world did you line up your circles so perfectly, and what is that scalloped die called?

Both so gorgeous, Michelle! Love the rainbow colors, and your authentic one looks like you could have made it today, too! A classic! These are perfect for a freezing rain kinda day, right?!

And this is why Nichole wanted you on the DT. Even though you are "flower obsessed," you looked beyond the obvious and created a card that takes the stamp set in a different direction. It's fabulous. And how long did it take you to make this deceptively simple card?

Way to go, Michelle! Love both your cards but the colorful circles look fresh crisp and fun. Beautifully done!

Once again, you knocked it out of the park. Love the photo of the "ingredients."
