CAS(E) this Sketch #396

Happy Thursday! It's time for another great sketch inspiration for CTS #396! The DT has been busy, creating some incredibly beautiful projects, so be sure to take a peek and then play along..... I can't wait to see your addition to the CTS gallery!

I've created with some NBUS....a pretty floral from Studio Calico (sadly, long neglected!) and the lovely 'Beautiful' die from Pinkfresh Studio. I gathered my inks and flower/leafy stamps and created quite a few lovely backgrounds in an array of colors. Here is just one of the additions to my birthday card stash, in my favorite coral-y pink/green combination!

The Fusion Card Challenge 'Autumn'

 

Happy Thursday and welcome to the newest Fusion Card Challenge, 'Autumn'. The inspiration photo is all about the beautiful warm and cozy vibe....but that sketch is pretty great too! So, which will you choose as your inspiration?

My project, taking inspiration from both the photo and the sketch, has lots of tone on tone patterning, all in soothing Soft Stone. The cute cup of cocoa, popped up on an oval frame, has some sparkle-y whipped topping and an itty-bitty heart topped tag...with a simple sentiment as the finishing touch!

The DT has created lots of lovelies, so be sure to hop on over and join the party! When playing along you may use the sketch OR the photo as you jumping off point. OR, if you are feeling super duper clever, you can fuse 'em together.

In lieu of winter-y wreath, I've stamped a trio of cute Flora & Fauna pumpkins in non-traditional colors, added some pretty greenery, a bit of texture and a simple sentiment to complete this CAS card!

Pinkfresh WCMD Challenge #9 - CAS

Well, I've been doing some big time 'thinking' about all of the beautiful Pinkfresh WCMC challenges, but maybe not so much of the 'doing' ......... and finally got down to it and created a few. Phew!!

My final card is for Challenge #9.... CAS!! I was inspired not only by Heather, but also Kristina Werner, both of whom have created lovely crips and clean creations. I love, love this older PF stamp set, which hasn't received nearly enough attention (SO many pretty/petite images in this Playful Animal Friends 1 stamp set). A few bright hues, lots of lovely white space and a bit of sparkle-y goodness finish off this CAS birthday greeting.

Pinkfresh WCMD Challenge: #7 Rainbow

Well, I've been doing some big time 'thinking' about all of the beautiful Pinkfresh WCMC challenges, but maybe not so much of the 'doing' ......... and finally got down to it and created a few. Phew!!

My fourth card is all about color and the Pinkfresh WCMD Challenge #7 - 'Rainbow'. An abundance of ROYGBIV hues, lots of white space, my favorite polka dotted background, a simple sentiment, a few jewels and a snippet of black twine help to create this CAS card.

 Well, I've been doing some big time 'thinking' about all of the beautiful Pinkfresh WCMC challenges, but maybe not so much of the 'doing' ......... and finally got down to it and created a few. Phew!!

My third card combines Challenges #4 and #12 (Monochromatic + Floral).... with an abundance of floral die cuts, crisp gray backdrop, pretty sentiment and a few enamel dots as the finishing touch on this CAS card.

Pinkfresh WCMD Challenges: #3 Stripes + #11 Shaker

Well, I've been doing some big time 'thinking' about all of the beautiful Pinkfresh WCMC challenges, but maybe not so much of the 'doing' ......... and finally got down to it and created a few. Phew!!

This second card combines Challenges #3 and #11 (Stripes + Shaker elements).... plus,  a good floral thrown in for good measure!! Lots of lovely blues and greens, a few textured frames and lots of sparkle-y goodness complete this birthday card! Both Natasha (stripes) and Channin (shakers) have provided some really amazing inspiration!!
