Happy Thursday and welcome to CTS #168! Sam has designed a wonderful sketch..... so be sure to give it a go!Once again, I was playing around with the leftover bits on my always messy craft desk and came upon the cute (and already die cut) polka-dotted pp from Peebles (my jumping off point). I added a little Paper Smooches cupcake, with sparkle-y sprinkles and the perfect/not too girly RC sentiment (this could qualify as a uni-sex b'day card, right??).
