Oh happy day! It's the end of the month and time for The 12 Kits of Occasions!

Jeanne, who is truly the hostess with the most-est, has provided an abundant, over-flowing, creativity-inducing 'This Is Halloween' kit! With fall is finally in the air (and all of the beautiful/adorable stamps and dies!) there's lots of motivation to create a plethora of fall/Halloween themed projects!

CAS(E) this Sketch #192

Happy Thursday! Sam has designed a pretty little sketch to inspire... and just take a peek at what the DT has created! 
It seems that my mojo has disappeared into thin air (I may have made about six other versions that ended up in the recycle bin). However, I did pull out some really old sizix dies (remember those metal plates??) that had the same feel of the sketch. Keeping things very CAS here with a bit of gray/aqua and a simple PTI sentiment.

Papertrey September 2016 Blog Hop

In between football games (Go Bills!) and salsa making, I've made a quick card so I could play along with Papertrey Ink's September 2016 Blog Hop! 

Some of my new crafting goodies were put to good use, while still keeping things clean and simple - just like I like it!  A bit of kraft card stock, Splits: Best Wishes die and stamp, a Bloomin' Cute sentiment die, Rustic Jute twine, Nuvo crystal drops and some neglected Sparkling H2O shades of green (so pretty IRL). Unfortunately, no lovely little pinecones here......

I'll be busy taking a peek (and pinning away) at the Blog Hop gallery, where I'm sure to find lots of inspiration, holiday and otherwise!

CAS(E) this Sketch #191

Welcome to CTS #191, where you'll find a great sketch from Chrissy! And, once again, the DT has fashioned some lover-ly cards to jump start your creativity. 
I've used some pretty patterned papers (A Muse) and some of my favorite square dies and teeny, tiny florals (SSS). And I'm wondering why I don't use this color more often.... because I'm lovin' these pretty shades of orange!
Anywaaaay, we hope that you'll join in at CAS(E) this Sketch #191 and will be inspired by the DT and the always amazing gallery!

Fusion Card Challenge

Welcome to the Fusion Card Challenge and some a-mazing inspiration in this lovely sketch and photo! Oh my.... you had me at cake, polka dots and the b/w stripes! There are some pretty, pretty DT creations, so be sure to take a peek (feel free to pin away, as I will be doing) and be inspired to create!
When playing along you may use either the sketch OR the photo as your jumping off point. AND if you are feeling super duper clever you can fuse 'em together!

I've used the sketch/photo inspiration combo for my card. Some pretty double-sided paper from Pebbles ('Spring Fling') was 'just right' - polka dots on one side and stripes on the other,  a few assorted die cuts (MFT, Waffleflower, PTI), a bit of sequin sparkle and..... voila!
We hope that you'll join in the fun at the Fusion Card Challenge and will enjoy all of the loveliness from the talented DT!

CAS(E) this Sketch #190

Welcome to CTS #190! N@Ali has designed an amazing sketch......and don't you just love that beautiful, swirly ampersand??
I've stuck quite closely to the sketch and used one of my (too) many lovely ampersand dies (PTI), a pretty Cover Up Eyelet die (LI), a few glittered up alphabet dies and some amazing aqua card stock/paper flower (bargain purchases from  Buffalo Stamps' fabulous annual garage sale!) to create this petite 4" card.
We hope that you'll take a peek at the DT's inspiration and will play along with us at CAS(E) this Sketch #190!

CAS(E) this Sketch #189

Welcome to CTS #189! Leigh has designed a beautifully versatile sketch. SO many possibilities with this one! 
I just could not decide which direction to go in....! In the end, I used the pretty pink/green patterned papers (AC/Dear Lizzy 'Neapolitan'), a scalloped circle frame and sentiment die (new!) from MFT, banner from RC and some PPP clear sequins. Quite the mish mash, eh?
We hope that you'll be inspired by some of the loveliness that the DT has provided and will join in the fun at CAS(E) this Sketch #189!

Playing with the Fusion Challenge Team!

HappyThursday!  I am so pleased to announce that I will be joining the Fusion Card Challenge crew!! This is an amazing team, from all over the globe (US, Canada, Germany, NZ, AU), and I am so, so excited to be playing along with these talented women!
Oh.... and just take a peek at the amazing inspiration for this week's challenge! If you are playing along you can use either the sketch OR the photo as your jumping off point. AND if you are feeling super duper clever you can fuse 'em together!

As you can see, I've chosen to create from the lovely sketch and have used some vibrant greens and a few more subtle grays/aquas as accents. Although, I could've easily used that delicious looking cake in the photo as inspiration - because I've been more than a little obsessed with the cake stamps lately (Concord and 9th, Reverse Confetti, Jane's Doodles, etc.) and have a few new acquistiions. So....there may be an additional creation (or two) coming you way soon!
Anyway.....we hope that you'll join in the fun at the Fusion Card Challenge and will enjoy all of the loveliness from the DT!
