I am SO very happy to be joining The 12 Kits of Occasions crew and quite excited to be creating with all of these very talented ladies!
Our January 'hostess with the most-est, Lindsey, has packaged a beautiful kit, 'Celebrating You', which includes an abundance of crafty goodies and a color palette that includes some of my favorites!
So many ideas, so many combinations... I wasn't quite sure where to begin. There is a strategy involved here - which starts with a tidy workspace - and ends, hopefully, with some lovely projects. And, there are more than enough supplies to indulge those leftover ideas too!

I fear that I've gone a bit crazy with the die cuts (and color) this week! An adorable little chickie/love bird from Frantic Stamper was my starting point, with the cloud, grass, and frame dies completing the scene. And, just one tiny little stamp/sentiment!

Lots of shape, color and texture in the lovely collage (by Rex Ray) chosen as the inspiration piece for Papertrey's January 2016 Blog Hop!
Although 'graphic' is not my usual style, nor would I think of using this wonderful color combo, here's a very CAS design using Hawaiian Shores, Kraft and Orange Zest cs, a few bits of embossing and a simple sentiment.

Michele has created such an soft and pretty sketch (hooray-her very first!) and the ideas were just bouncin' around... both in my head and on my very messy desk.
I've used a floral stamp (Botanical Silhouettes) and a tag die from PTI and a beautiful sentiment from Wplus9 (Fanciful Feathers). Clearly I've been in a 'red' kind of mood, but love this red/chartreuse combination!
I'm also loving everything that the DT has created. Hope that you'll be inspired too and will join in at CAS(E) this Sketch #156!

Wow.... it's a banner week at CTS #155! Not only is there a fabulous sketch from Chrissy, but you'll also enjoy amazing inspiration from the DT and TWO Guest designers, Daria and Betty!
Although my version ended up a bit less CAS that intended, I love the coral-ly orange/green color combo, the PPP scalloped frame dies and the pretty Frantic Stamper 'happy' die!

Certainly not your typical cacti colors, but I love the red/black/white color combo - kinda makes everything pop (pun intended)!

I've used some beautiful stamps from Concord and 9th (a very generous 'gratitude' freebie!!) to create this card. Love the bold sentiment, bright flowers/leaves and the clear PPP bits o' sparkle! I need to send some notes soon (today??) to thank some special people for lots of wonderful holiday gifts - so this will come in extra handy!
