The 12 Kits of Occasions - May 2017

Welcome to The 12 Kits of Occasions! Our May 2017 kit, "Happiness is Homemade', comes by way of our hostess-with-the-mostest, Birgit! This kit pays homage to Birgit's late mother, who shared her love of family through homemade meals and crafts (and.....now we all know where Birgit gets her crafting talents!). It's full of amazing patterned papers, and a plethora of stamped/die cut images from Papertrey Ink, Stampingbella, Altenew, My Creative Time and much more. This 'homemade' themed kit has SO many fantastic ingredients, all of which can be found HERE on the 12 Kits blog!
I've only touched the surface of this fabulous kit, and have a bit more up my sleeve (especially after seeing all of the inspiration from my teammates).
Be sure to hop around to see ALL of the projects from the DT, and our two fabulous guest designers, Marcia Hill and Linda Snodgrass!

Head over to the 12 Kit of Occasions to see what the rest of my fabulous teammates created this month.

Oh Michelle, your cards are all stunning as always and I just love your style!! The first card makes me think of a 1950's diner. I adore it's vintage charm! The sunflower against that barn board background is heartwarming and so comforting too. I adore the quilted card and the addition of those little hearts at the bottom is just darling and the last card couldn't be more perfect. Thank you so much for letting me join your amazing group. It's been so fun seeing my first kit being used by all you talented gals. <3

Michelle, we made almost the same card! Woohoo...that means your brilliant mind might be rubbing off on me. Each card is just perfect, but I'm especially loving the quilted print card. Adding a little dimension at the bottom of the needlepoint was such a great idea. And the paper + apron is the most fabulous combo. Awesome as always!
